Our old-fashioned recipes have been created and passed down from our family’s Hungarian
ancestors to us.
When President and Chief Operating Officer, Ann Rapisarda, was diagnosed with Celiac
Disease, a grueling search for appetizing gluten-free food began. She had to get
back to basics. The Hungarian recipes that Ann was so accustomed to making and savoring
were literally put back on the table.
With the baking talent of her daughter, Dr. Clarrice Rapisarda, each recipe was
adapted to cater to the very specific needs of a gluten-free diet. And the results
have been too good to keep a secret!
Although these tasty treats are fit for the gluten-intolerant person, everyone enjoys
the flavor and healthy benefits of eating our home-made products.
